Tutu?
Tutu? 🩰 What on earth made me think of a tutu? I’ve never been a dancer; and I haven’t been to a ballet performance in many years. Call it word association. At physical therapy this morning, the therapist measured my elbow extension; and my elbow flex. Both are only two degrees away from normal; and he said, “Two and two.” I suppose it’s natural that I thought of a tutu! Any form of dance means getting exercise; and I sure need that! I doesn’t have to mean donning a tutu; you can have a great time dancing around on the beach, or in the park. Exercise 🚴🏿 I need more exercise than I’ve been getting, though. Today I didn’t ride until at least 2 pm; and I cut it short because the sky looked so threatening. It was actually beginning to mist/drizzle a bit; and the wind was strong. I decided to head home before conditions got bad — and as it turned out, I needn’t have! Thus I didn’t get much exercise today. Tomorrow looks iffy; and I haven’t decided whether to make the trip to the salvage store. I’ll probably wait until tomorrow morning to decide, when I can check the weather forecast again. At present, the forecast indicates a slight chance of T-storms tomorrow morning. If it’s pouring, I think I’ll stay home! Other riders of adult trikes might want to know whether it’s possible. It sure is! You can read all about it in My Story. I live in New Orleans; and retired in January 2023. More time for cycling!
