It’s the same thing every year! The calendar says it’s Fall; but the weather seems to have other ideas. Yes, it’s finally dropping to the mid-60s overnight; but afternoons still get into the 80s.

Morning temperatures are about perfect for cycling; but of course I can’t do that just now. I wish I could walk more; but I get tired sooner than I like. For another thing, I like to walk early, while there’s still shade — so I can skip the sunblock.

It’s the same thing every year — the need for sunblock never ends, no matter how cold the weather gets. Not if you want to spend a lot of time outdoors!
