“Assorted stuff” covers quite a wide range. There are so many items that don’t fall neatly into any category, but we need them: locks; bottle cages; and so on.
You might want to take up bikepacking; or need a way to keep your bicycle off the floor at home. I guess your only limitations are budget; imagination; and available space to keep all this assorted stuff!
